About the 'Hatching' of Comercial Solana Comercial Solana was founded by Mr Aalbersberg in Barcelona in 1993, an expert in the Poultry Industry, as an import export commercial agency. After a slow start it developed well and a good reputable hatching egg management company began to grow.
A Message from the Executive Director
Hello and thank you for coming to our website.I thought, firstly, to try and give you a little more of an idea about me and then, secondly, to mention a little more about Comercial Solana. Someone said to me once "Too much work makes Jack a dull boy." I got the message and decided to take up a few hobbies! I took up horse riding and liked it so much I became a British Horse Society qualified riding instructor. I also took up judo, finally gaining a black belt and some pretty medals. My brother 'pinched' the medals from me and has taken them to Texas, where he lives, to place on a shelf in the living room for all to see - that is, for his benefit not for mine! My other brother lives in Wales so if the medals have to be somewhere then they better be in Texas!
My claim to fame is that I was brought up in Over to work now, Comercial Solana is an agrifood service company that operates as part of the international supply chain for live and non-live poultry products. We bridge the procurement needs of our clients with quality hatching egg farms and producers from the Iberian Peninsula and beyond. Our position in the hatching egg supply chain allows us to create win-win solutions for our buyer- and producer-clients, and to add value to all clients along the supply stream. We are capable of offering bespoke products and services on both the procurement and supply sides. We are not fixed with respect to geographical zone. Specialist knowledge for each country is required which means that we operate with very high volumes on a global level either directly or via an expert-partner. The movement of poultry products is organised with specialist and experienced logistic companies. The products are transported under the correct conditions. All documentation such as health certificates, export documents and transport documents are correctly prepared and organised.
